Round or square pvc tube frames are necessary to mount tightly the cable coils for searching. Otherwise in case cable coil is left free to move during operation false signals or loss of tuning will be realized.

Square frames are 1 x 1 m. for the 4 m. cable coil, 1,5 x 1,5 m. for 6 m. cable coil, 2 x 2 m. for the 8 m. cable coil. Round frame has diameter 128 cm. and is used with the 4 m. cable coil. The circular shape gives better sensitivity compared to the square as the PI detector signal is focused at the center of the circle. All frames include carrying straps.
